We prepare our meats and sauces in the same manner today as we did 60 years ago. That is to say, we buy the finest in Pork, Beef, Ribs and Poultry, marinate them in our home-made spices, and slowly smoke them with wood as our only heat source until served fresh to you hot off the pit. Our home made beans, sides and secret recipe sauces are prepared and cooked right here in house.
